Summary: Booked this 1 month ahead and when I got there no first floor room was available two rooms were shown to me with only one bed (booked double) one worse then the other on the third room dirty bathroom and no covers on the beds smell of marijuana was outside of room and inside. She said she would switch me out when a clean first floor room with two beds became available… never did it. 3 days no housecleaning or trash pick up stayed outside the door.
