Summary: The size of the room was bigger than normal but no hot water in the shower, the heater wasnt working too well even after puting it to 85 bearly any heat. And although the door was closed and locked it wouldnt close properly.

Summary: Loved the seclusions and privateness to myself. Comfortable beds clean room,cozy and affordable. Nice outlet to shopping centers and convenient stores and continental breakfast is always a plus. If I were to give any suggestions it would be the telephone/electrical pole right in the guest presence, it's not cool it takes away from the nice retreat.

Summary: I worked in the motel business for over 13 years and even though this is an older site, the owners are doing things on site to make your stay more pleasant and doing some upgrades. The room was clean. I have stayed at higher priced sites that overall were the pits on service, where the staff here were polite and answered all questions with professionalism. I will stay at the property again when in Baton Rouge.
