Summary: Beautiful resort, easy access to beach, all staff was superb in service. Had a weekend birthday celebration and the staff made sure all our guests were greeted and cared for in a most welcoming way. Thank you to Myra Castillo and all the great staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommend it.

Summary: Friendly, helpful staff. Upon request, they switched me to a room with a tub. Clean, quiet room. I’m 61 and was traveling alone. Walked to the beach in flip flops then took them off to walk barefoot. Soaked in the outdoor hot tub, swam in the outdoor pool, where friendly families were enjoying themselves. I enjoyed the ladies’ steam room and sauna and met lovely women to talk to. Downtown Santa Monica itself has, unfortunately, post-COVID has lost its unique charm and seems on its way to being a “sustainable city” with homeless people and only corporate chains. The hotel, however, was wonderful.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful, its in a great location and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. For what we paid I was little disappointed that we had to ask on two separate occasions for them to swap out the coffee cups in the room and to refill the Kurig cups. We took advantage of the coffee concession in the lobby but when we wanted a second cup of coffee in the room they hadn't been refreshed. Don't mind asking in a $200.00 per room hotel but they should have been hand-delivered on a tray at $650.00 per night. Otherwise, nice hotel and nice stay.
