Positive: The flat was very pretty and clean. We felt more like in a hotel as the corridor did not look like a just a building with some apartments. We could find anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had own bathroom. A big plus was the underground parking available in the building. The communication and keys handover was very good coordinated.
Negative: The room is on the side of a very loud tram so if you are sensitive to notices take earplugs with.

Positive: We loved that we had a full kitchen, separate bedrooms with soft sheets and two bad rooms. People talking about not having any shampoo, but I think that it is no problem to buy it in the near supermarket. It is also near Santa Monica pier, just a short 10 min walk. The loveley cleaning lady was so kind to wait for us to give the keys. We had a problem and the owner of the appartment helpt us really good. We also loved that we could watch Netflix in the evening.
Negative: We only stayed for two nights I loved staying longer...

Positive: Great location Brand new appartement, very confortable with all you need to cook and relax Easy communication via WhatsApp Car park below the building 2 supermarkets round the block We were super happy with our stay
Negative: If you have a light sleep you might be a bit bothered by the noise of the metro/tram passing ar the foot of the building. I used ear plugs. It won't be pitched dark to sleep as the blinds are not fully opaque. You need to collect the keys at a different location (5 minutes by car) but all instructions were very clear and it was easy to find.

Positive: nice & spaceous apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms functioning kitchen very close to the pier
Negative: beds were quite unconfortable very loud appartment (railway is very close and you hear it at night) + also neighbours were loud and you could hear them moving around during the night quite a lot, so it was hard to sleep had to pay 30 usd extra for private parking
Summary: overall quite pricey and imo not worth the money, quite loud

Positive: Location was good. The apartment was lovely, however the furnishings and everything in it were on the cheaper side.
Negative: There were two bedrooms each with ensuites. One ensuite had hand soap and the other did not. Neither ensuite had shower soap or shower gel. Apparently this is because the property is ‘green’, however, products which we’d have bought ourselves would not necessarily be ‘green’. We only stayed one night, so luckily we had a small bar of soap with us. The other room used the hand soap for their shower. We found this very strange that there was no soap for showers. Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms could do with better lighting, only one bedside lamp in rooms.
