Villa Fillinelle is a medieval house elegantly transformed into a lovely small Relais of prestige in the heart of Chianti. Surrounded by a 7000 m² garden and swimming pool 100 square meters, the Villa offers 2 suites on two floors, both with large private bathroom equipped with all amenities, lounge with satellite TV and large armad and a room for two people. The Suite Naldini, on the first floor, is the historical heart of our hospitality with terracotta floor, restored antique furniture and a coffered ceiling, the room is equipped with fine tapestry with a floral theme. On the second floor the Suite Sernigi welcomes guests with the greatness and the light of its spaces: on two floors, the suite has a large seating area with armchairs and 1 sofa / bed for 2, library area and a TV area. Upstairs, accessed by an internal staircase, you will find the master bedroom with a wrought iron bed, exquisitely furnished with a wardrobe, a desk and a wardrobe. The Suite can accommodate up to 5 people. A smart camera, cool dall'appeal but luxurious, is the Riccio Room. Perfect for two, is an ode to relaxation, with its blue walls, to the Provençal details and splendid views over the Chianti hills. The rooms are accessed through the Great Ballroom, now serves as a conversation Lounge and Dining Room. The salon also overlooks the kitchen, pleasant rustic flavor but equipped with all modern appliances. Surrounds the villa a 7000sqm park dotted with olive trees, olive trees, evergreen and fragrant plants. To interrupt it is the large swimming pool: a parenthesis in blue with deckchairs, sun beds and umbrellas. For those who enjoy the independence of the Loft Rondinelli proves the best choice: with separate access, the Loft has a double bedroom, a room for 2, a kitchen and a living room with fireplace and dining table. With vaulted ceiling and small veranda, from its large windows you can see the pool. The pool overlooks the Loft, a villa in the Villa, with kitchen, living room and private bathroom. Guests have access to laundry facilities, private parking and transfer service. On request we organize art classes, cooking and gardening. Here children are welcome, pets allowed. Smokers are kindly asked to smoke only in the outdoor areas.

Summary: Rosanna and Guiseppe were fantastic hosts at their Bed and Breakfast. The old farm house is comprised of several condos some that are occupied by full time residents . The rooms in the B&B section were newly renovated and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the owners went the extra mile to make our stay easy and comfortable. In addition to breakfast we were also offered freshly prepared dinners. The owners surprised us with a special treat on our final night by taking us to a special dinner at a local butcher. The culinary experience at the butcher was amazing. If you are looking for a B&B close to Florence and the Chianti region Rosanna and Guiseppe provide a great venue!

Summary: You could not wish to meet better hosts than Rosanna and Guiseppe, nothing was enough. The property itself is stunning set in thousands of meters of grassland, olive groves and beautiful flowers. We hired out 4 of the rooms all with bathroom facilities and one was an entire apartment. The beds were made everyday and breakfast awaited us every morning. Its location is fab too with being just 20 miles from Siena and pretty much equidistant from Florence or if you just wanted to lie by the pool and relax you could in utter peace and quiet. There is a vineyard only about 3km away which makes beautiful organic wine and olive oil - well worth a visit if you have time. I thoroughly recommend this property and will be booking again next year.

Summary: Arrived at this beautiful property mid afternoon and greeted by the family hosts (owners). A very warm welcome indeed. The accommodation is immaculate and the living areas well presented and each one unique. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with fabulous antique furniture, all with accompanying bathroom and living room. Very spacious and luxurious. Attention to detail in every area, including pretty crockery and glasses. The hosts could not do enough for us to make us welcome, including driving us to points of interest such as the local vineyard and restaurants. As well as taking us to the local butchers to purchase first class meat, before preparing a beautiful Barbeque for us that evening. We also took the opportunity of having breakfast prepared each morning, where fresh coffee, croissants, breads, freshly squeezed oranges or fruit of choice, was on offer. along with melon, hams, cheese etc etc. I really cannot fault any aspect of the property or overall experience. This is more than a place to stay, it is a total first class experience.
