This great-looking 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is in the gated community of Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert. The pool and hot tub complex is a short jaunt from the unit yet you still enjoy some privacy and quiet at this beautiful desert getaway. This unit is a lower level, end unit that is comfortable and well appointed. This is a great space for relaxing but also for entertaining. The patio with a Weber natural gas grill has stunning mountain views. This unit offers updated kitchen appliances, 2 flat screen televisions and great Wi-Fi coverage.
As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “Scottish Links courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

Summary: We loved staying at Drew's property he was an excellent host. Unit is immaculately clean and well stocked, the pool is literally a few steps away. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping nearby. This was a great place to stay for our vacation.

Summary: The listing is exactly as described. Loved the updated bathrooms. Drew gave excellent instructions and prompt feedback. Location was 25 minutes to all destinations including downtown Palm Springs. Unit was very quiet yet walking distance to shopping. Hope we can return next year.

Summary: The condo was great for the three of us. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with all kinds of utensils and pans….perfect for a longer stay. The location of the condo was very central for us. The pool is close by and the grounds are immaculate. The condo was as clean as described. Great rental!

Summary: Our property manager Drew was great! Very accommodating. Sisters weekend and we were very pleased and want to return with our spouses. Cleanliness and safety are my top concerns when using VRBO. This place was SPOTLESS! Safe? Yes, but I would have preferred a key lock that uses a code. Many people use this type of entry. The code is set using the last 4 digits of the phone number. Easy to remember! This place had a simple metal key. How many of these keys are floating around? Do they change the locks after each visit? The golf course was seeding the greens so no one was around. We had the pool all to ourselves, which was great and nearby. The price was right, but we found ourselves driving the 20 minutes to Palm Springs, every day. An Uber was an average $50 per trip. Overall, great spot if staying in Palm Desert. Thank you!!

Summary: We enjoyed this condo and glad we booked the first level. The pool is a short walk away Unit was well stocked. It’s a quiet unit. Having a washer, dryer and dishwasher was great The amenities at the club house was great are oickle ball players but the restaurant wasn’t open We would stay here again and Drew was very responsive
