This spacious accommodation is perfectly positioned in the heart of nature on a stunning farm land and is being listed for the first time ever on Vrbo/Stayz! Be one of the first guests to enjoy this beautiful farm stay.
The property is situated on beautiful forestland and a dam that is frequented by local wildlife (kangaroos and birds).You can host a tea party or small celebration on the pagoda. There is no better place for a peaceful and private retreat from the hustle and bustle of life in the city. Local shops and adventures are only a stone throw’s away!
We are committed to cleanliness and we are ensuring that the home is properly cleaned with disinfectants.
There is an additional guest service fee of $50/guest per day after 8 guests (maximum of 12 guests). Additional guests exceeding 12 have the option of camping under the stars either on the porch or in the backyard (to be quoted once details are provided).There is an additional $100 fee for pets per pet per stay.
If you would like to host a small event at our property, we can provide a quote once you provide us with the details and numbers.

We are within close proximity to Glenorie shopping village and surrounded by various local growers where you can pick up fresh produce including organic lemons, oranges, peaches, strawberries and more! Pitt town shops with IGA, pub, butcher, green grocer, bottleshop, petrol station and doctor are only 15 minutes away.
Cook up a feast in our newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen and dine inside or outside on the back porch overlooking the breathtaking views of the farm and forest. You can sip tea whilst watching the kids play or relax with a good book and the soft chirping of the birds around you.
We have multiple living and dining room spaces which is great for entertaining group bookings and small events.
Please also note that all water must be boiled before consumption (we will provide some water for initial consumption by guests).
Before check in, we will ask you to sign our Airbnb rental agreement which confirms you have read and agreed to our House rules (see House rules below).

Pets are allowed but they must sleep on the porch so there is no fur on the furniture.
There are some wild kangaroos and dogs in South Maroota, Please ensure the gates and doors are locked at night to prevent any issues.

Summary: A tidy and cosy house which worked for our group delightfully. Three couples and 3 children. Delightful scenery with occasional visits from the local wildlife. The generous owner was able to accomodate us when we had to reschedule due to illness.

Summary: Lovely cottage in a peaceful location . Property itself was very neat and tidy. Kitchen had all the essential utensils and cutlery . Kids loved the play area and kids room . Inside can feel a little small for a group of 11 but it didn’t really bother us. The outdoors was beautiful and nice change from the usual busy views and noises. Got to see some kangaroos as well. Judy was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and understanding. Overall we enjoyed a relaxed long weekend and would be happy to be back sometime in the future.

Summary: We stayed at this amazing property to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. It was perfect for families with young children with the playground and huge fenced off yard. Wandered down to the dam for sight seeing and spent time by the fire pit. Judy was fantastic to deal with and super accommodating. All in all the weekend was a huge success, highly recommend this property.

Summary: Had a great long weekend stay at this property. Peaceful at night (a bit of traffic noise during the day) - amazing star gazing - super clean and plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. Judy was an exceptional host - responded to our queries immediately. The fire pit was excellent at night. And the sheep are a nice addition:). Highly recommend

Summary: Judy was an exceptional host. We had asked for an earlier check in to fit the babies in the group and Judy was so accommodating. She was available for all of our requests and queries and upon arrival, we were gifted a beautiful bottle of wine and a tray of Easter eggs. The property is set on a farm and upon arrival, you get a sense of peace and tranquility. Our kids were immediately drawn to the playground and equipment! It was a highlight of the trip because the adults were able to relax while the kids stayed entertained. The sheep were also a highlight for the kids. Overall, the property was very clean. We did need to do some minor housekeeping such as clean the bbq and sweep the dust off the floor. Essentials were stocked and provided for. However, although wifi is provided, connection is not too great so need to keep in mind if you need to work or intend to make bookings whilst there. We drove to Wisemans Ferry and to the Hawkins lookout. Our friends also took a day trip to Jubilee Vineyard Estate. Overall, we loved the stay and thank Judy for her hospitality.
