Positive: It was super clean, very organized & stocked well. We loved the openness of the bottom floor & hanging out in the backyard.

Negative: That we weren’t able to extend our stay one more night for the same rate as Friday night and Saturday night.

Summary: We would love to stay here again in the future.

Positive: The property lay-out was perfect for sharing time with family, even if someone was cooking in the kitchen

Negative: The dishwasher did not work, there were difficulties with the oven and some electrical problems with the lights in the master bedroom. Beds also could have been a bit more comfortable. (I am "old-school" in that I like a bed to have a mattress and box springs, not just a matress on slats.)

Summary: Thankful for family time so this property provided that.

Positive: The house was nice and decorated spot on. Sone of the amenities weren’t sufficient for 5 guests for 4 nights

Negative: The pool which was the main reason we chose to rent it was nasty and we were unable to use it. When I complained they sent pool maintenance out on the third day and he stayed maybe 30 minutes and left telling us nothing and the pools water never did get cleared up. It was a grayish green the whole time and still was when we left

Summary: I feel I am due a decent refund as the pool was never made useable for the whole stay.

Positive: The house itself was perfect. It was clean, beds were comfy & the location was near the beach/restaurants

Negative: The property managers for the house were sub par. We had to leave the back door unlocked to get in & out of the house cause they wouldn’t come fix the key pad. The pool was never cleaned because the vacuum was broke & it was just left in the pool for the entirely of the stay.

Summary: Overall the house was great but the property management team should be reconsidered
