Summary: My husband and I spent 9 days in this charming cottage! The size was perfect for the 2 of us (and our dog!) with enough space to combine a few days of work with a few days of fun! The location of this property can't be beat - so close to the beach and all of the wonderful things the Jax Beach neighborhood has to offer! The property had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed, good size bathroom, convenient (and large!) washer and dryer, and a great patio space. The Roku TV was easy for us to use with all of our subscription services. The kitchen was decently equipped with everything we needed for our stay (although to be fair, we didn't cook any major meals). We enjoyed meeting 2 sets of visitors to the cottage in the back - definitely want to look at that one for a potential rental, too. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We enjoyed our time at the Whale House. It’s a small place as depicted in the photos but well appointed, comfortable and cozy. It’s very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The fenced yard was great for our pup who was a welcomed guest as well.

Summary: First, I have to say "WOW"!!! This place was awesome and as we say in the South "Cute as a Button!" Chris put little touches in this Cottage that made it a HOME, not just a place to stay. Bed was very comfortable, pull-out sofa was nice as well per our adult son. Also nice to sit on for watching football. The short walk to the beach was an added bonus, which our little Maltese really enjoyed. We will definitely stay again when coming to Jacksonville Beach!
