2 Bedroom Apartment in Boyland

Our property is a large 100+ year old farmhouse, it's made up of 3 separate units. The honeymoon unit has 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and lounge. Guests share a large deck that overlooks the pool and the property.
The unit is totally self sufficient.
The house is surrounded by 55 acres, you can go bush walking or simply relax on the verandah overlooking the property. The 15 metre swimming pool is very inviting.
We are ideally situated close to the local wineries and numerous art and craft galleries of the Tamborine/Canungra area. You may like to just stroll around the Canungra township, or go for a day trip to O'Reillys and do the tree walk.
There's plenty to do around the Canungra Valley and the Gold Coast is only 40 minutes away
Horse riding can be booked for you with Thunderbird Park or Gumnuts horse riding complexes - both are only 10 minutes from our property.
If you are an early starter, you can go to the track with Steve and watch the horses go through their paces - but you need to be up at 2 a.m.
Magpie Creek Farmstay is the home of up and coming race horses. Trained by property owner Steve Field, these horses are learning to go the distance
Guests are also welcome to come and feed the horses early in the morning and again at about 4p.m. in the afternoon, the kids love doing this, filling the feed buckets, learning about the horses and throwing out the hay.
There are chickens to feed - eggs to collect and lots of wild life just living their best life on the farm.
For those guests who just want to relax, you will enjoy sitting on the deck, reading a book, watching the kids swim in the pool.
If you want a little exercise, a walk up the hill and back down again takes about 20 minutes and is great for getting back to nature.
Many guests come to stay because of our close proximity to Mount Tamborine, Canungra and the Gold Coast, using the farm as the quiet place to stay in between daily visits to the noisy theme parks and hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast.
We provide all the linen and towels, the units are totally self catering - guests bring their own food and drink. There's a BBQ on the deck, a fridge and frying pan and microwave oven in the unit.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay from the moment we walked in—we felt so welcomed! My nephew had the best time on the farm, especially collecting fresh eggs and enjoying all the space to run around. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the busy parts of the Gold Coast but still close enough to easily drive in. It's also a great option if you're visiting Thunderbird Park or heading to the theme parks. The property has everything you need, and the hosts are more than happy to help with directions or just chat about the farm and the horses we very much enjoyed getting to know Jenny and her husband. The dogs are super cute and friendly, which made our stay even more special. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!
