Summary: We were in town for spring break.This place was located close to everything we did.(downtown, beaches, attractions, shopping) The owner, Patrick, was amazing! Excellent communication, the property was very clean,we didn't cook but the kitchen had everything that you needed if you chose to cook. It was well stocked with all the necessities! There were recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and a binder with everything you needed to know about the cottage and the area. I will definitely stay at this property the next time that I travel to Charleston! If i could give 10 stars I would do that!!!

Summary: This was a nice place with the owner making good use of all space, very cozy also. Took the wife for a weekend get away. Was close to everything we wanted to do including the beach and downtown areas. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: What a wonderful surprise to find this treasure in James Island. It’s an excellent location for us close to Family. The attention to detail made our stay flawless. The owners are excellent at communicating. Everything we needed to know. Will definitely want to stay there again.

Summary: We were in town visiting family. This was a perfect spot for us as James Island was conveniently located. The property was clean and appeared recently updated. We didn’t cook in at all due to our plans, so I can’t give an opinion of the kitchen other than to say the refrigerator was small. So it may not have been adequate for a family of 4 staying for a full week. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive.
