Be Advised;
The road sometimes floods 3" to 10" in wet seasons when we get a lot of rain back to back or storms that bring flood waters. This only happens a handful of times a year, always drivable again after about 2 hours when it's at its worst. I am probably making it sound worse than it is :) . Our property has not flooded at all since we have lived here though.

Summary: As mentioned in another review the camper pictured is not the same as the one provided. However it was clean, well maintained and the layout was perfect for our mid week getaway! It was our “base camp”’for exploring nearby state parks and going over to Yorktown to have dinner with family and a waterfront concert. We enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine in the evening and a cup of coffee in the morning. We had excellent communication with the owner during our trip. Loved hearing the rooster!

Summary: Although the actual camper was not the one advertised, our stay was filled with all the expected amenities Kimberly described. In a previous review someone mentions the rooster, he was quite pleasant, not at all like described in their review. The camper behind ours was closer than I would expect and not in the description, but it was not a total bother, I just adjusted the shades appropriately for privacy. Kimberly & her family were AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY! My 4yo was invited to meet the children, feed the hens, and collect eggs (that were then offered as a special treat). This spot had such a welcoming feel. The outdoors were clearly mapped out for the privacy of the local residents. Taking long walks down the streets of the coastline properties was definitely a refreshing part of the experience. We were lucky to have 3 out of 4 seasons during our stay, lol. Watching the fog one morning and hearing the rain one day, just a perfect 3 night journey. We BBQ’d with my parents on the last night & had a true bonfire! There was a chill in the air and it couldn’t have been more memorable. I highly recommend this space & would love to stay again. Location & neighborhood rating is only based solely on the proximity of the other campers not described in the listing, on the property. To be very clear these others campers do not dampen the view from this one, as they’re behind it.

Summary: It was a short stay, one night, but It was very nice, the camper was very clean, you have all the comforts of home, even an outside patio with grill. I would love to have a longer stay sometime next year at this camper, kimberly was also very nice to me and I appreciated her and her families help. We look forward another stay.

Summary: Overall this was an amazing experience! It was as described. I wanted to experience staying in a RV/camper for the weekend and the Etheridge hosts delivered. Location was beautiful and the access to the water was just on the other side of the property driveway. Having stayed in campers as a kid I knew what it may be like but the camper was clean and comfortable. I planned ahead and brought groceries (including drink water as well water or camper water is not appealing for me). Fridge and gas stove and kitchen sink were perfect! Bathroom was spotless and ideal for my needs. Neighbors weren't loud except for the rooster that ensured I'd wake up on time! Access and directions were easy.
