Relaxing and quiet 3 story townhouse , 3 bedrooms , 3 full baths ,
Great for a group to all stay together , close enough to the Buffalo bills stadium , across from kissing bridge if your a skier - 15 min from east aurora -45 min to the beach in Angola - 40 min to Niagara Falls - around the corner from sprague park . 15 min to the Annex is delevan Ny 10 min from Savage winery in Chaffee ny
first floor game room has pool table, electronic dart board , football and air hockey as well as a cabinet full of games and play station in the living room
upper balcony overlooks kissing bridge . fully equipped kitchen , as well as towels and all bedding and toiletries provided , upstairs 1st bedroom has a queen bed and then an upper loft area with a queen mattress for extra sleeping , the 2nd bedroom has a king size bed , the common area has a twin futon bed with a 2nd twin pull out , the 3 rd bedroom downstairs has a double bunk bed , queen on bottom twin on top and a crib , high chair and stroller on property to use as well !
Tv in every bedroom Fireplaces located in the living room and the downstairs game room ( firewood not provided)

Summary: We used this condo for family members to stay for a long weekend for a gathering with our family in the area and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and very good communication from the owner. Though we didn't need it ourselves, there is an excellent book with thorough information on area restaurants and activities. Walkable neighborhood. We won't hesitate to book this property for ourselves or our family in the future.

Summary: Had everything we needed! The kids toys were a hit and kept kids busy. Loved the s’mores supplies! One thing that was weird/hilarious - the upstairs bedroom fan remote controls worked for both rooms at the same time so our light and fan would turn on and off and realized that my brother was doing it from his room lol.

Summary: My family and i stayed with my brother & his family for the week. Everything you need is there, quiet neighborhood, and easy to get to attractions. Yvonne is wonderfully responsive and ensures you are enjoying your time.

Summary: We had our whole family with our grandchildren stay here so that we could all visit with family in the area. It was a great location and also easy distance to Niagara Falls, Buffalo Zoo and Buffalo waterfront. The house is comfortable, very clean and very well stocked. A beautiful large deck was a great gathering spot and had lots of comfortable furniture - and then there is the basement with pool table, foosball and electric darts. Good for all ages and it was probably the best VRBO house we've ever stayed in.

Summary: While only staying for a few days, and a computer glitch that required a bit of adjustment, these owners were fantastic in helping us be welcomed, adjusting their plans, and keeping us happy. You will LOVE (like... really love) this place. Note to all VRBO owners... Us older folks (well, us who live in a cave...) do not know current electronic thingamajigs. Perhaps leave directions?

Summary: My (4) adult sons and I stayed in Glenwood for 6 nights. The townhouse was clean and stocked with necessities! Yvonne was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. The townhouse is secluded enough to rest and relax while the cities are a short drive. :) Should we visit the area again, we would love to stay at Ridgeview again.

Summary: Tucked away in a quiet community, very clean and the MOST stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of place to spread out and looked very infant/kid friendly. Host was great, Yvonne was very communicative. She even offered to let us check in a day early because the place was ready, and left us s’mores supplies! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Summary: My family had an amazingly relaxing and peaceful experience. Surrounded by the beautiful nature and natural wonders God has given us. Sprague park is right up the road. Niagara Falls is about 50 minutes away. Buffalo and it's awesome museums is about 40 minutes away. The townhouse is located on a private road with friendly and quiet neighbors. We'd like to thank the host Yvonne for the thoughtful touches, like providing smores, bottled water and freezer pops to cool us down after our long ride there. We look forward to planning another trip there.
