Completely refurbished duplex on a desirable back lot with limited views to Mill Cove on Spruce Creek. Brand new and durable vinyl flooring, fresh paint, and updated bathroom. New kitchen cabinets, countertops, refrigerator/freezer, oven/range, deep sink, microwave, fixtures and full size washer/dryer in unit. One mini split heating unit with the added bonus of air conditioning.
Other things to note
Unit shares a common wall with the adjacent owner occupied unit. No backyard access at this time. Driveway is split down the middle with neighbors, off street parking for two vehicles in tandem.

Summary: This hidden gem is conveniently located just outside of downtown Kittery. The host has thought of everything to make the space comfortable. and convenient. Hot coffee and tea, washer, dryer, iron, nice shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the bath and spare toiletries. There is an assortment of Books and games and ready access to a digital workstation The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything. Recommend!

Summary: All communications with the owner were professional and personal. The rental was as it appeared on line… 5-star clean, warm colors, and additional materials were provided. Though we did not use the cozy bath robes, perhaps during cooler weather we would have used them. Washer and dryer were clean, oven and stove top were also clean. We were happy to have chosen this rental.

Summary: The property is exactly as advertised! Communication with the host was smooth and the host made sure the property is well equipped with everything you need. The place was very clean, and the area is quiet, very close to city center. We were able to reach a number of beaches by car! I recommend!

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights at this location. The owners were very responsive and also gave a great recommendation for a restaurant/tavern to check out which was also excellent. Quiet little neighborhood right near downtown Kittery. Perfect place for my husband and I during our stay in the area. Would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Summary: Just as advertised- clean and quiet and relaxing. Nice little sitting area, well appointed kitchen complete with coffee and a couple bottles of water, clean comfy bedroom (a tad tiny but very nice) and bathroom. The owners were super easy to talk with. I gave the location a 4 only because it was kind of tricky to find. Once you get the hang of it, Kittery and Portsmouth and all tents they offer are just a short drive away. I will definitely look for this place next time I head up that way.
