6 Bedroom House in Ventress, New Roads

This is a spacious 4,500 square foot house on False River in the town of New Roads. It has 6 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, with newly completed swimming pool, tub and outdoor kitchen with 75" TV, fireplace, gas grill, Kamado Joe, and bathroom. You will not want to leave!
We have a separate dining room, reading room., large game room (11'x48') that includes a ping pong table, foosball table, Golden Tee arcade game and a living room with a large 55" TV ready for lots of family fun. It has a very spacious fenced in back yard that will allow you and your family to play games or grill on our BBQ pit while looking at the water. The 100' pier has a large covered deck at the end with seating, lighting and a lower deck for fishing and swimming.
This house has an open floor plan with the kitchen flowing into the living room and dining room, giving plenty space for large groups. The screened in back porch is great for morning coffees, evening glasses of wine and countless hours of relaxing while enjoying the beautiful scenic False River.
Every bedroom has a queen or king bed. In addition to the living room, we have a second den with a futon, 3 comfortable chairs and a large TV. This is a great place to hang out or for kids to watch TV and play.
The master bedroom, kitchen, living room and five of the bedrooms overlook the water with great views of beautiful False River.
The main floor (2nd floor) has the living room, kitchen, dining room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, half bathroom, and screened in porch.
Downstairs (1st floor) has 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen and King), large full bathroom, game room , den, patio and garage.
The third floor is newly renovated and contains 2 bedrooms that overlook the water and each one has its' own private bathroom.

Summary: Our extended family converged for pool fun, games and a lot of food for 5 days and a great time was had by all! This property is so beautiful, well kept and stocked with all the comforts of home. Working with Danny and Alys on the planning was so easy as they are very responsive and hospitable. We cannot recommend their beautiful home enough!

Summary: This place was amazing ! We had large group and were very comfortable , The house is very spacious , Clean , Beautiful!! The Pool and Dock were perfect and the cook area had everything you need !! 5 plus Stars , Can't wait to go back, Loved the town as well and the Catholic Church is Beautiful and a mile away . Summary: We found this property to be super clean and beautiful. Well stocked, so that made it nice, only needing to bring our food. Communication with the owner/manager was top notch as well. They were extremely helpful and even went out of their way to find us a source of fresh crawfish. The pool and adjoining kitchen/living area were amazing. We spent all day there, only using the house to sleep. The house had everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were big and roomy. The kitchen was my dream kitchen. We’ve been doing a family vacation for several years and this is, without a doubt, the nicest place we’ve been to.
