Summary: From the time we arrived until the time we left it felt like home. The villa was exactly as advertised with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The grandchildren loved the toys and books and the big back lawn to kick a ball around. The location was great -easy walking distance to restaurants or a few minutes drive away. The back deck was a fabulous space to hang out and relax

Summary: Amazing renovated villa with open plan dining and living. The place was spotless with easy check in instructions and everything you need for your stay. We attended a wedding at the boathouse just down the road so the location was perfect for getting to and from. The claw tooth bath and beautiful backyard deck was awesome. Highly recommend.

Summary: What a beautiful house! Just loved the charm and style of the home. Very spacious and perfect for our busy boys (5yo & 2yo). We enjoyed this property for 4 nights while over from Australia attending a family wedding in Kumeū. Such a lovely area with lots to do as a family also. We would return. Louise was lovely and very prompt answering any questions.Thank you for a lovely stay!
