Summary: My family and I made our way from Canada to Tampa for a bit of warmth and sun. This house provided all we needed. It was clean, well kept, comfortable and had the amenities that we needed. The outdoor area by the pool is really pleasant and comfortable, and we ate breakfast outside almost every morning. The house is also well located near supermarkets, theatres, sights, etc. Easy to get to almost everything. The property manager was an absolute joy to interact with and was so friendly. Really made us feel welcome. The next time we visit, we will definitely be looking to rent this home again.

Summary: The house was clean. However, the kitchen was under-equipped with pots and pans. The owner should consider updating the two twin mattresses in the guest room for more comfort. Three cameras in the lanai and pool area could be there for insurance purposes, but they felt invasive. Property management was eager to please when a problem occurred. House is in a friendly neighborhood, and the location was ok for us.

Summary: The home was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet. We found it to be a little far from the attractions at Tampa, St Pete's and clearwater. The only problem was that the beautiful pool was not heated and in February we could not enjoy the water.

Summary: Overall OK stay at this property. The house was clean, and maintained OK. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms (primary suite and daybed) need an upgrade- the king mattress had a deep dip in the middle so spent most nights trying to evade slipping into it. Hot water runs out in the primary suite for second consecutive shower (about 25-30 min of use) - so be mindful of that. Location is very quiet (but centrally located for us while visiting family), with the exception of some neighbors probing for details on who was staying there etc… including one elderly person on a scooter who indicated that he was the neighborhood “patrol”. The property manager was very efficient and responded to my questions/issues in a expeditious manner. Posting implies only security video camera in the front for [Ring] doorbell- which i have no issues with for security reasons, but there are others including two facing pool where it feels a little invasive.

Summary: My family really enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and clean. The host was easily accessible at all times and made a point of contacting us with important information. The screened pool and lanai were perfect for relaxing . Would definitely stay again.
