Summary: Nice clean home, well located and safe neighborhood within the area. Could use a more complete inventory of cooking utensil's and thorough inspection ie: a light bulb out in master br and outside trash receptacles were completely full and I had to move them out for collection and return to storage area. Otherwise very comfortable home and nice pleasant host.

Summary: Very nice cozy rental. It’s in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of space for a family or just a couple. The hot tub is clean and the jets are perfect. Love the outside speakers and tv. Beds are super cozy.

Summary: Very nice, clean and the beds are really comfortable, overall great place to stay. The host was very helpful and responded to any questions I had. My son loved the hot tub in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Can’t say enough about this home. Great place for a family, the home was clean, modern, comfortable, great location and close to freeways (not too close) and close to restaurants. The back yard was lovely and my kids loved the hot tub. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Summary: Everything was incredible! The house was decorated nicely and very clean. The owner was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with anything needed. The house is equipped with everything you need and more and the hot tub is very relaxing in a quiet backyard. It was an awesome place to stay when visiting Sacramento area!
