Summary: Super comfy, helpful staff and decent food (for a hotel). Really easy on the circle line bus from the terminal, takes about 15 mins tops. Would stay again for sure.

Summary: Shuttle from the airport was very convenient, but if you plan on going into Amsterdam it’s at least a 30 minute Uber or Taxi ride and very expensive. There isn’t anyone to help with luggage. We are traveling with my 80 year old Mother and my two Aunt’s so my husband had to take care of all our luggage. Not what we’d expect from a Marriott Brand Hotel. There is absolutely nothing around the Hotel so you are stuck eating in their restaurant and when we were here it was absolutely understaffed!!!! We ended up writing out our own order on a piece of paper and taking it to the bar to be ordered. There was another couple that said they had eaten there the night before and they didn’t think the service could be any worse, but they were wrong it was just as bad. Once we got our meal some had to be sent back because it was cold. On the plus side our room was very clean and most rooms are very close to the elevator.
