Summary: Couldn’t sleep past 6am, people slamming doors, talking loud, you can hear everything outside. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again for my stay.

Summary: The hotel said you all didnt book my room correct and when i arrived they didnt have a room. They then gave me a downgraded room and when i went to pay for the incidental deposit they recharged me the full price of the room again $317 extra an then tells me they issued a refund and its up to my bank when the money returns back to my card. This was a horrible experience!

Summary: The staff were very friendly. I felt the amenities in the room were basic. The refrigerator did not work. Or was working but not cooling well. I don’t think I’d stay there again. I think the price is attributed to the location rather than the quality itself.

Summary: We were very disappointed with our stay. We were traveling for our anniversary and were referred to this hotel. Issue #1. The elevator from the parking deck was out with no sign to indicate this. After a night on the town, we returned to the hotel and had to walk around to the front of the hotel with luggage in tow from the parking deck in the cold at midnight. We complained to the front desk & he casually advised the elevator was down. I explained there was no sign posted which was so upsetting. Issue #2 When we get to the room the heat in our room was out and only blowing cool air. The maintenance guy came to check it and it resulted in us having to pack up and move to another room after midnight. Issue #3. We had to call to the front desk because our room had no wash clothes only hand towels and towels. Overall this hotel is too pricey to deliver this mediocrity. I doubt I will be returning and will certainly share my experience.
