This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, established residential, family oriented neighborhood. With respect for our neighbors, the homes are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 25 year old or college groups.
Newly renovated open concept home, has three bedrooms, two baths and a large heated saltwater pool with Tiki Bar. This house is a great place for your family and friends to escape!
this home has three entry ways to the pool, private tropical waterfront backyard with multiple seating throughout the pool area , Tiki bar with smart flat screen TV ready for your relaxation and entertainment.
The front of the house also has a beautiful private siting area. The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facilities, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space with formal dining area. Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom, smart flat screen TV ans access to the pool. Second bedroom has a Queen Size bed, smart flat screen TV and access to the pool. Third bedroom has two twin beds, smart flat screen TV. Family room has Queen size sofa bed.
Our home conveniently located in Oakland Park/Fort Lauderdale area, only 5-7 minute drive to the beach, 20 minutes drive from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Fort Lauderdale is Filled with entertainment for all.Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport-facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access. Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15 minutes via car to downtown Fort Lauderdale Las Olas Boulevard, 10 minutes to Pompano, Deerfield beaches, 20 minutes to downtown Boca Raton Mizner Park with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema.
please note that our house is in a residential neighborhood and as such, our neighbors have asked us to refrain from loud noise and music after 10 pm. Please keep this in consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our house for your enjoyment.

Summary: Amazing property and host. Igor was extremely accommodating and responsive. You could spend your entire trip at the pool and tiki bar set up. Although the surrounding neighborhoods aren’t the nicest, the property itself is in a nice little neighborhood that is a short Uber from Fort Lauderdale. I would highlight recommend for a group trip

Summary: We loved our stay. I stayed here with my husband and our 5 children and we had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, very private oasis feel to the backyard. The house is nicely updated and very clean. We plan on coming back next year!

Summary: We had such a relaxing vacation at this beautiful home!! A quiet neighborhood was just right for us while thrift & antique shopping was not far way. The pool was so great & the outdoor space was incredible. It was awesome to look out at the canal too. And Igor was great, he came to switch out the tanks for the grill, put salt in the pool & skim the pool while we there. The inside of the house was amazing!! Just the right touches from the house design, to the comfortable couches, comfortable memory foam bed in master bedroom and the kitchen island.

Summary: Check in was easy. He was very accommodating to what time we would be coming into town. Cleaned everything early so we could come early. The house was great, had everything we needed. He even brought us an extra box fan for one of the rooms within like 30 minutes of asking for it. Communication with him was very easy. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the air. We tried to keep it cool on the house and eveytime we got back to the house, it would be set on 74 or 76 degrees. We all were so hot constantly and we’re sweating in our sleep. We tried to keep it on 69 and it never hit that temperature. Partly our fault for not addressing this with the host, but We thought he was the one controlling it. Or maybe he had it set where we couldn’t adjust the air. Other than that, everything was great!

Summary: The property on the outside is showing a little age but the inside was nice. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and the 3 bedrooms were comfortable. There was only one ceiling fan, in the living room, and we felt each bedroom needed one to help move the air. There were a couple box fans available which we used that helped. The TV's were super and we loved the Direct TV hook up. The furniture for the living room is older and needs replacing in the near future. I can't say enough good things about the pool The water is heated everyday for 8 hours and made it soooo nice to jump into. The pool was used everyday. We got use to sitting around the pool area and enjoying cool drinks. and watching the wildlife that came to visitThe location of the house is perfect. Easy to find, beaches, grocery, and restaurants all close. We enjoyed the farmers market at the beach on Sundays and Peter Pan restaurant on south Dixie Hwy. We will be back!!

Summary: Igor’s house is lovely. Needs a bit of love and TLC, the listing photos are from ‘new’ and some things have not been maintained. We were able to communicate with Igor and I hope that he can bring it back up to par as it has such great potential.
