Summary: This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We loved it so much and had such great memories the first time that everyone was excited to go back. The property is very nice, close to the grocery store and a short drive to most things. Kevin was great and we hope to come back again!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay, Kevin is super nice and helpful, check in super easy. Back yard is beautiful, we literally spent all our time outside. House is comfortable and clean. No complaints

Summary: This lovely property is surrounded by gorgeous tropical landscaping. Being in the pool feels like you’re in the Caribbean somewhere. The interior is modern and well lit, and nicely appointed. It is immaculate. We had no problems during our stag and the owner was highly communicative and available, and checked in on us. We loved our stay, and would return.

Summary: House is in a very private waterfront location. House was as depicted on VRBO.. clean and fully equipped. We had a problem with flickering lights and house manager Kevin had the problem taken care of within 12 hours. Very easy to work with. We would rent here again… can’t go wrong!

Summary: Upon setting foot at this lovely Oakland Park property, we fell in love with the open floor plan and generous accommodations in each of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is large, with a kingsize bed and ample closet space for our seven-week stay. At the far end of the master bedroom are two sinks which make daily ablutions easier, and the counter space and neighboring shelves are much more generous than most of the houses I've rented. The toilet and bathroom areas are standard size for Florida, but quite comfortable. The pool is quite larger in comparison to other houses I've seen and nicely heated. The pool area has three different seating areas, with ample arrangements for sunbathing, dinner, and casual cocktail or tea party activites or just noshing. Although we didn't have a boat, the new deck area that abuts the canal has been rebuilt and there is a table with chairs provided which makes the scene a beautiful place to have morning coffee or evening drinks with your partner. Extras like a functioning grill and backyard lighting were very appreciated. The setting of the pool area is very impressive with massive palm leaves that make it quite like a Garden of Eden. But, certainly, the best thing about our here was the fact that Kevin Bernardi is quite possibly the best property manager in Ft. Lauderdale area. Everyone should have Kevin manager their visits to South Florida, because he made our welcome wonderful, our stay as comfortable as home, and our departure (although we hated leaving) easy. Kevin, thank you so much!

Summary: Would recommend. Good and responsive local assistance whenever needed. Great pool (though odd/conflicting location of skimmer near inlet jet) and one queen mattress is a bit substandard.

Summary: A last minute change of plans had us hunkered down at Kevin’s property for 5 nights. We rotated between the pool, the lounge chairs , the outdoor couch and the outdoor dining table while we relaxed and only faced the outside world for groceries. The property was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The pictures don’t really do this house justice. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The outside area of the house has a large dining table, a seated area with couch and chairs, which are all undercover. The beds are comfortable, the AC works well, and the kitchen has everything you would need. Our guys fished off the dock everyday , which they really enjoyed. The pool is perfectly heated and we took advantage of it day and night. Kevin stocked the house with plenty of basics… paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, beach towels, soap, etc. The beach was about 10 minutes away and there’s lots of great restaurants in the area. Kevin is great to work with. He answers questions quickly and has a book filled with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. If I had one suggestion it would be to have beach chairs and an umbrella for beach lovers. This house is a gem. We’d highly recommend it!
