Summary: We truly enjoyed this lovely home. It was the perfect size for us. Everything is updated and clean. The property manager and the owner were very kind and helpful when we had a few questions about the operation of the gorgeous European stove/oven. We will stay here again! The only thing I would recommend is to have a dresser in the bedrooms. We will be back!!

Summary: I hesitate to write this because if more people stay I will struggle getting the dates I’m looking for. I love this house. It’s adorable and updated and close to campus. Probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. We will rent again and I am excited. If I had 1 recommendation and this is the only possible thing I could think of maybe some hooks on the bathroom doors or hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms but that would never deter me from renting here again. I mean I would buy this house if you ever sold it...call me!

Summary: My family had a quick getaway to visit my brother-in-law and their new baby in CS. This house/cottage was the perfect place for us since we couldn't all stay at their house. The size is deceiving as they packed in three bedrooms and three bathrooms and this cottage which is pretty awesome. It was very clean and all the things worked as they should. You can tell it was recently remodeled as everything is pretty much new but they did keep the charm of the old cottage that it was once back in the day. They even have a tankless water heater which made some nice showers even when multiple bathrooms were running at the same time. The kitchen/dining/living room is very cozy but had enough room for eight of us. To top it off they have a large fenced in yard for the dogs to run around and explore. Location is awesome in terms of access to Texas A&M as it is basically right across the street from the main entrance into A&M off of Texas Ave. I can see this being a real nice place for game days for the family coming down and it's central to all the various places to go in college station for food and whatever you want to do. Bottom line we were very pleased with our stay. The price was fairly affordable and we would stay here again given the opportunity. Thanks
