Summary: Awesome place! The pool was the highlight of our trip. We spent every day just hanging by the pool. Loved the fact that they had lots and lots of fun pool floaties, games, etc for us to enjoy. The host was very pleasant and the property was on a secluded dead end road so lots of privacy. One of the downfalls was that the home didnt have toilet paper in any of the bathrooms so we had to go out and get some. And one of the bathrooms didnt have hand soap so we had to also get that our selves too. Not a big deal, really, and didnt affect our stay at all, but just something that I was told was going to be supplied in the home, but it was not.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the host was wonderful and very pleasant. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated on a very quiet, dead end street. Simply put; its a tucked away paradise. We had ice-cream at the fat donkey (about 18 mins away) each night we were there. Totally worth it.

Summary: This place was one of the strangest we ever booked. The location was in a lovely neighborhood however this place had pretty poor yard maintenance. Lots of dead plants and an empty pond. The pool was nice but you need to know that it is very deep so would not be good for small children. Unfortunately there really isn't any lawn furniture except a picnic table. No patio table or chairs. The tiki bar was so far to the side as to not seem to belong. Lots of pool toys though we had to add air to most of them. The grill is very odd and hard to do a bunch of steaks on. The beds have these strange bed bags on them which are very heavy and the one on the king bed had a broken zipper. Luckily we found sheets. The bedrooms don't have any bed lamps so all you have is the overhead spotlight. The queen bedroom's light switch is outside the room. There weren't any wine glasses or even any small glasses. We left some we got at the thrift store. TV is only YouTube or Netflix. No local stations. The only ice cube trays were some strange tiny round ones we couldn't seem to fill. Bring your own wine bottle opener. Host was good at responding but it was a very unusual place. We all had an adventure with the bidets. Check out info said we had to wash all those bed bags which took almost all day as they were slow to dry.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. The house is updated, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication was easy and we really appreciated that there were chairs and an umbrella we could use for the beach. We will def book here again when we are in Melbourne!

Summary: This is a lovely property however the property manager does not honor or respect VRBO's SERVICE ANIMAL Policy despite it being on VRBOs website. I Will NOT be using Property management company ever again.
