Also has bathrooms on the terrace to avoid qu down to the floor when using the pool or terrace, the terrace is always open, you will be given a key to enter as you please.

It has on one side along with the living room and lounge with terrace wing allowing be cooking or eating in the lounge or on the terrace and be with family kitchen,
It also has bathroom in the master bedroom allowing the couple intimacy with repect to the family to be the other bedrooms on the other side of the apartment which also has its bathroom apart from each other to have them also privacy.
The private terrace of 20 sqm with great views of the town and Horseshoe Highlands for a family meal and very good temperature on the floor being raised is a very cool floor.

Summary: This apartment is really amazing. 3 very nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A kitchen with everything we needed and best of all a BIG balcony with sun in the afternoon and eavning. Everything in both the apartment and the rest of the building was clean and in good condition. We loved it. We had our car and it was easy with the private parking and elevator. Francisco is a helpfull host. He showed us everything the day we moved in. We spend a lot of time in La Herradura every winter, and this is the nicest apartment we have lived in so far. We will recomed this for all. And especially perfect for families

Summary: Lovely stay, apartment was very clean and large. The balcony had spectacular views but the icing on the cake was the rooftop terrace!

Summary: The appartment was clean and well equipped, beautiful views from the large balcony, very comfortable, like home from home. Lots of places to visit in the car nearby, and garaging for the car was a bonus. Good communication with the owner, and very helpful. Bedding and towels supplied, so less to take with you, for the price, it was a wonderful 3 months stay .

Summary: It is a nice property at a great price. It is up on the hill and the parking garage is interesting, car elevator and all. The views from the apt deck and the roof deck are awesome. There are trails for short-cuts to the beach. The kitchen has nearly everything you need. It is exactly as advertised, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We stayed here for the whole of February 2019. Sun and warmth every single day. Best part about the apartment is the large balcony and the shared roof top terrace which is the whole size of the block.The view from up there is panoramic and there's a small pool that must be fantastic in the summer. The apartment is very clean and there is actually an ensuite in the master bedroom that was very useful. We did not have a car, so we had to walk up from the town every time we made a trip out and it's steep climb home! However, the bus service to Almunecar, Granada and Nerja is really good. Francisco kept in good contact with us and very kindly drove us to and from the town bus stop.with our luggage.

Summary: Had a great 4 week stay at this apartment! The apartment is lovely - the pictures don’t do it justice. It was spacious and clean with stunning views from the large balcony. In our opinion the apartment was very well equipped in the kitchen and with towels and bedding etc. There was no kettle but we coped perfectly fine without one by using a pan to boil water. It is a couple of minutes drive to a beautiful beach and there a lovely park within walking distance. The area was very beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. The four of us had a wonderful time staying in this apartment - it became a home away from home. We would definitely love to return one day and can highly recommend it. Francisco was very friendly and even though he didn’t speak much English and we don’t speak Spanish there were no communication problems at all.
