10 min from Block Island Ferry. Approx 25 minutes to Newport to see the Mansions.
Close shopping for all your needs. Adventure Land with Mini Golf less than a mile away with Brickleys Ice Cream a short drive. Great restaurants all around with T's as a popular breakfast destination.

Summary: had a lovely stay with 9 other friends. the fenced in backyard was beautiful & the patio was great for an outdoor dinner. everything was as pictured, michael was so easy & timely to communicate with. just make sure to bring all your own linens :) thank you for a great weekend!

Summary: An absolutely wonderful property. Tastefully decorated, fully stocked, and comfortable beds. Don't let the outside fool you. This is quite spacious inside with three generous bedrooms on the main floor and a fourth in the finished basement. Plenty of room for the entire family. The interior of the home looks like the pictures on the listing! Not like many properties where the picturres were taken years ago and the current state is in need of repair and updating. Kudos to Michael on this home. Would absolutely book and stay again!!

Summary: Michael’s house was SO cute and perfect for our weekend away. There is so much room, the amenities are perfect, and the house is very well stocked. Clean and in a perfect location! Michael checked in and made sure everything was great. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: What a great vacation home! Clearly it was recently renovated. We enjoyed great family times in the spacious family room/huge eat-in kitchen. Fortunately the weather was perfect so we were able to take advantage of the oversized deck complete with top-end propane firepit, new Webber grill, swimming pool and family-size table with plenty of seating. With our larger group we often opted to cook meals at the house. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, cook ware needed. Communication with Michael, the owner, was outstanding. Michael answered every question I had pre-visit quickly and completely. Michael also checked in with us upon arrival, during our stay and departure to ensure all was well. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and look forward to returning!
