Positive: convenient very clean. Very good curbside appeal. It smelled good. The location was great. The restaurant staff was great. They were very accommodating, pleasant and present.
Negative: Some of the front desk staff were very short tempered. One particular male front desk staff was very discourteous to my husband. In fact it was unprofessional the way that he spoke to my husband. The one that the young lady who checked us out, was disc security as her tone was very short tempered. There was a misunderstanding about the card, and it was a back-and-forth that I thought was on her part not representative of the brand.

Positive: The property was in a great location, the staff was easy to talk with, fast check in and out. Breakfast was awesome the chef was friendly and very helpful. The over all experience was AWESOME and AMAZING
Negative: If someone could find something wrong it's not the hotel it's THEM.

Positive: The ambience of the King Suite, the lobby and hallways were very nice
Negative: The check in process mix up with our reservations by the hotel. Also we weren’t informed about having to pay for street parking, if we didn’t want to pay the $42 overnight valet parking charge. TV in master bedroom didn’t have a remote & when they brought up one, the TV still didn’t work. It kept shutting off. When we first got to our room, the lock was messed up so the card keys wouldn’t work. We were escorted to a lower level room, and our family members were all on different floors.
Summary: Nice but wouldn’t stay there again
