Summary: At the time of making arrangements for our stay check in time was 3 pm and check out time was 12 noon. Apparently the check out time was changed to 11 am the staff never communicated this information to us and the cleaning lady kept knocking on the door and started that our check out time was 11 am. I feel that information could have been communicated during the time of check in and should also be updated on the booking site. One hour might not mean anything to most people,but It does to me. And to top it off our room wasn't ready at 3 pm because the linen wasn't ready, whatever that means.

Summary: Sofa (bed) stiff and uncomfortable to sit on. While toilets were clean, rest of bathrooms wete ... okay. Hair in floor, in shower. Neither shower nor tub drained well.

Summary: Nice price with plenty of room for everyone. I wasn't happy about the room not being ready until after 4pm.But I would still recommend this location. Friendly staff. Room was presentable. Kitchen needed a bit more cleaning for appliances. Nothing I couldn't do myself. Was in 2 bedroom suite.

Summary: The person at the front desk was excellent, the big bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was sufficient for children. What was available at breakfast was good but we got there about 20 minutes before it was scheduled to close and the selection wasn’t complete.

Summary: Old and tired property. The carpets were filthy in the room. The couch was dirty with large stains. Staff was really nice.

Summary: The manager Michael was amazing. He would greet everyone so cheerfully every time he would see us. He was accommodating when my reservation was compromised due to a flight delay. He also held my luggage after it was delivered by the airline. My room was regularly refreshed. Breakfast was hit or miss, the staff who do breakfast could be more kind and approachable especially since they are the first interaction you get to start your day. Pool was clean and fun. Overall it was a great 2 weeks, and the location was perfection!
