Negative: Vents were filthy in the bathroom Sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Our guest ended up just sleeping on the couch, which was only slightly better. There was no glass carafe in the coffee maker, the front desk had a hard time understanding what we needed and it took us having to go back up to the room and take a picture of the coffee maker. She still didn’t understand.Eventually, she sent up a whole new coffee maker which did not fit the coffee pods. No hair dryer in the bathroom

Positive: The staff took my cold food and kept it in a fridge since my room wasn’t ready which was amazing. The beds are SO comfortable and the pillows! The staff has always been more than friendly whenever I check in here. (Think this was my 3/4th stay) The workout room is great, plenty of room for a HANDFUL of people to workout and do cardio! The breakfast is also great, lots of healthy options and other hot options. You are in the middle of the 16th street so there are unlimited places to walk to. Very secure and safe place. The parking is easy and on the lower side compared to the other hotels in the area.
Negative: Can’t say I have anything bad.

Positive: The staff came up to the parking garage and escorted us to checkin and gave us great advice on where to go within walking distance in Denver. Thee bed was comfortable. The location from the ball park was perfect.
Negative: Nothing really. Figuring out parking was a little confusing but your staff again helped us

Positive: Very clean and comfortable suite style hotel. The suites are large, and we liked the separation between the bedroom and the living area. The living area has a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. Our suite had a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and crockeries. Our suite had a nice view of heritage buildings across Champa Street. The staff was very helpful. The hotel has a 24-hour lobby and a bar. The breakfast area was nice, and it was lovely to see a lot of families. The location of the hotel is exceptional. The famous 16th street is only a block away - this is a large pedestrian zone vibrant with shops and restaurants. From 16th Street, one can avail the free shuttle to reach close to other attractions such as Larimer Square and Denver Union station.
Negative: It will be great if the hotel keeps provision for coffee in the lobby / dining area for guests to enjoy the lobby.

Positive: Patio on the 8th floor was nice and the breakfast was better than usual. Walkable area. Nice little kitchen.
Negative: Our room was quite far from the elevator which made leaving a bit of a hassle. I was surprised the bed was only a full which is much smaller than usual. First room had a broken AC and it took a while for them to check on it or move us.
