Positive: The room was amazing. We did not expect it to be so spacious. Two of us were working remotely during our stay and the extra space allowed us each to have more space to work in. Food and beverage options were great! Service was attentive. The pool was wonderful!!!
Negative: Accessing the hotel, both walking and via car, was confusing due to construction. I know that's not in the hotel's control, but it made the stay a little bit of a hassle

Positive: The hotel is located in the downtown area, close to the state capitol, business district, and other attractions, making it very convenient. The staff are friendly, and the fried food from room service is exceptionally good.
Negative: The room is compact, the bed is small, and the appliances are quite old. On our first day there, we noticed several issues: the toilet flushed too forcefully and splashed, the sink drained poorly, there was no microwave unless requested, and the lamp's electricity was unstable. Fortunately, after we called the front desk, the maintenance staff helped resolve all of these problems.
