Summary: The staff was super friendly!! The room was dated and there was a futon in the living room, but over all it was a decent place to stay. Metro right around the corner was super convenient!

Summary: The people working there were really nice, the room was spacious but it seems old and there are some furniture that show wear. I did like that is close to the rer to go to the center of paris

Summary: Very rare to have washer and dryer in any hotel in Paris but Residhome has them both. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to train station, about 5 minutes walk, and lots of dining options.

Summary: First I will say the staff is very friendly. But please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel. They don’t state that on this site which I think is false advertisement. When I contacted Expedia about the issue they said it’s nothing there can do without the hotel agreeing to it. Which why would they agree being in the wrong. So please be mindful if you book this hotel in the summer months and are use to a/c not to book this place. The last day before check out we even had water leak on to floor in the bedroom. The rooms are small and it feels stuffy especially if you are use to a ventilated building. Also there are people outside that play music and dance until midnight and you can here.

Summary: So good so far, but I was irritated when they charged a larger amount that they didn’t explain because the person on the desk didn’t speak enough English and I didn’t speak French. Checking my booking afterwards I was confused because I paid everything up front so i don’t know exactly whether I paid something double
