In winter the house is fully heated with gas. In summer it stays naturally at a pleasant room temperature because of these thick walls and the orientation of these views. The private exterior of the house, facing south-east, is a 157 m2 garden terrace with outdoor bread oven and barbecue area. In this place you can enjoy the calm, the sun in peace and a large fixed table entirely in granite for your outdoor meals.
