Summary: Overall it is fine cabin. Kitchen was updated. Getting heat circulated in the cold weather was difficult. Space heaters would have been nice especially since the heat is located only in living room and kitchen areas. There was one but it did not work. Anyone with mobility issues would have issues at this house as the stairs going upstairs (to the nicer bathroom) are very steep. Little kids would be a challenge as the stairs would be scary for them to use. Plenty of beds for everyone but if kids don't want to be away from mom and dad it could be an issue. Worked fine for our situation and nice walking trail close to house.

Summary: When we arrived, housekeeping had obviously not been there, nor did they show up after notifying manager, so we had to clean it ourselves. Fortunately, there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels and linens. We were told that we would be credited the housekeeping charge, and I'm waiting for it to show up on my statement. The house itself is lovely and conveniently located for hiking, white water rafting (We used High Country Expeditions and couldn't have been happier). Bring an extra fan (and extension cord) if its hot, as there is no AC upstairs, where 3 of us slept, and it can get quite hot! The loft bed is hard, but the rest of the beds are comfy. The highway noise does quiet down at night, which was nice. Bring your own foil, wraps, oil, and a non-stick med fry pan if you want one (there was large and small stainless steel). Basic spices provided, TP, soap, shampoo, etc. Look for a new toaster, as the white one we used caught on fire (and had apparently before also). Overall, it was a lovely place to stay...other than hot nights and having to do our own cleaning.

Summary: Beautiful home, awesome kitchen, plenty of places to sit and sleep and close to LoLoma Lodge where we were taking part of a family wedding, Wish we could have stayed longer! Only issue is if you open the windows at night, there is some road noise from trucks using their airbrakes in that stretch of the highway. Otherwise perfect place.

Summary: Fantastic stay for family and friends who visited over the holiday. Great location and just far enough out of town for privacy. Love the house and river location. Groundskeeper was very nice and personable. --- 5 stars all around. Only recommendation is replacing door knobs on doors in the house. -- i recommend they are replaced as a few are falling off doors and i could see someone getting stuck in a room and that wouldnt be good ;). -- will definitely recommend and would love to stay here again

Summary: Wonderful home! Roomy, spacious kitchen and living areas. Perfect for 3 generations of our family, in town for a wedding just up the road at Loloma Lodge. Tons of space for everyone to spread out or gather together! Nice back yard for Bocce Ball or other games. Big table for games and meals. Comfy beds and furniture. Very clean and cozy. Only thing off was that there weren’t any extra towels. As it turned out, we discovered on our final day that they were all in the dryer, along with a couple sets of sheets. Because there was so much crammed in the dryer at once, all were still damp and a bit stinky. Needed to be washed again. Tried to communicate with local contact “Kevin”(?) a couple of days before our trip but did not revive a response to call or email. Sent a text and got a reply “wrong number”. May need to update the contact information in the listing. Also, the access to the deck overlooking the river is through the neighboring property and not clear how to get there. Signage and more clear instructions would be helpful. We felt like we might be trespassing. Aside from those minor glitches, we can’t say enough good things about the home, amenities, yard. We would come back again and again and recommend this home very highly. The setting was spectacular. We felt at home as soon as we stepped inside. Can’t wait to go back!!!
