Summary: Clean, comfortable house in great area. Last minute stay for my family and my son's three friends so we could cheer him on as he ran the road race. Very clean and plenty of room. Twenty year olds enjoyed the basketball hoop and ping pong table. Some small things missing for convenience only like big pot (had a big pasta supper night before the race), maybe a griddle or larger frying pan for breakfast and hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Very nice stay and would definitely rent again. Wish we could have enjoyed a longer stay but was a last minute decision just to spend a quick weekend and attend the race.

Summary: Our stay at this house on Wanamaker Dr in Falmouth was excellent. It was a great homemade for our favorite area on the lower cake. Short drives to Menahaunt Beach and Windfall Market along with our favorite lower Cape restaurants. Short ride over to the Island Queen Vineyard ferry. The house was clean and fresh with great attention to detail in appliances, all necessary kitchen equipment, dishes, plates, pans and glasses. Fresh lilies through the house were a nice touch. We had friends over twice while visiting who deemed the deck and patio to be the perfect party area. Our gatherings were pretty laid back, but nice grilling area. Backyard was large in size, great for kids. Yard had pleasant wildlife including cottontail rabbits and even a box turtle. Nice running trail nearby. For the kids, ping pong table in the garage, basketball hoop in the driveway were a blast. Very extensive ping pong tournament throughout our stay! Finally, the caretaking team was great. We got locked out of the house through a cycle of locking keys in consecutive sets of rental cars, and the wonderful caretaking gentleman was there in 10 minutes to help us back in. This house is a great choice!
