Need to get away, relax, and unplug? Our 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath guest house is ideal for families and friends looking to take a serious vacation. Located on a 12 acre property with room for you to build a bonfire or explore the woods.
Located just 30 minutes East of Madison, 1 hour West of Milwaukee, and 5 minutes from the friendly, quaint town of Cambridge, WI.
Close to Lake Ripley for summer time fun, snow mobile trails for winter fun, and all that Southern Wisconsin has to offer.
TV has DVD player.
There is no washer or dryer but a laundromat is close in town.
There is no oven/range. Microwave, electric skillet, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and refrigerator are all provided.

Summary: We stayed here for a wedding and the location of this property to the venue was only about 7 minutes away so it was the perfect location. Brian was very attentive and very quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was the perfect size and the living room has an open floor plan which was ideal for our group to all be able to comfortably hang out during the day. He also allowed us to add the bride and groom which was amazing and they also had the best time. The property is located next to some woods we were able to walk around to get sunlight and fresh air each morning. We really appreciated the property and Brian’s communication throughout our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend booking with Brian.

Summary: Our weekend was quite busy with a wedding on Saturday and my son's triathlon race on Sunday. This rental provides lots of space to move and sleeping choices in a very quiet area.

Summary: Only needed a place for a couple of weekend nights to be able to lay down for a bit and get some rest and then back out of the house to Madison again in the late mornings into the late evening hours. Items in house are a bit dated. For only being needing for two nights and not needed for any daytime activities or lounging around the house it filled the need and as priced the value offset any real items of note.

Summary: We booked this location for our family (plus a few bridesmaids) for our daughter's wedding in Deerfield. We loved how secluded and peaceful the property was - with enough space for togetherness but plenty places for everyone to get ready. I only wish we would have had time to take advantage of the outdoor spaces as well. Brian was a friendly host with great communication.

Summary: We rented this while we were in town for a funeral, there was plenty of space and beds for everyone. As one reviewer mentioned, the show is on the smaller size but worked good! We had good communication with the host beforehand and the distance to town & the lake was perfect!

Summary: Everything was as advertised except when it says shower in the bathroom they should clarify that it's a camper shower. I wished they had turned on the a/c before we got there because it was so hot and humid in the house and took awhile to cool down. Nice location. Agreed with other reviews.
