The neighborhood is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything Tampa has to offer—from downtown and Ybor City to the beaches and beyond.
Like many urban areas, you may encounter members of the local homeless population. However, the neighborhood is considered safe, and the community is tight-knit and welcoming. We love it here because it reflects the real heart of the city—diverse, vibrant, and full of life. Everyone is welcome, and we’re proud to share this little piece of Tampa with you.
