Positive: The Riad Beldi is very cosy and located in a quieter part of the city. Said is a wonderful host, and we felt very welcome at the hotel. We had an amazing time.

Positive: The Riad was spotlessly clean, staff were very helpful and friendly especially Mustafa and Saed. No noise from the outside Medina, got a very peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was amazing. Complimentary tea on arrival and we stored our baggage on check out day as our flight was much later for free. Staff were all amazing and very accommodating.
Negative: Only drawback was finding the Medina as taxis can't drive right upto Medina. However the staff were very happy to meet us at drop off point and guide us back if needed. After first day we were able to navigate ourselves.
Summary: Excellent traditional Riad with a lovely rooftop.

Positive: The location was perfect, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The Riad had a beautiful, authentic atmosphere and the interior design was truly charming — it really added to the overall experience. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and always smiling. I would like to especially highlight Mustafa, who was absolutely amazing — he helped with everything, and even came out of the Medina to meet us at night and walked back with us to the Riad, which we appreciated a lot. The room and the whole Riad were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The location within the Medina is great, but guests should be prepared that inside the Medina you can only walk, so it’s good to keep this in mind when planning your arrival.
Negative: Everything was great, although the breakfast could have offered a bit more variety.
Summary: Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.
