Positive: Riad Cannelle is a beautiful riad conveniently located in the northern part of Marrakesh medina with very easy access to Madrasa Ben Youssef, the Secret garden and dar El Bacha. With regard to location I would also note that it is near some main roads which makes it easy for pick up for tours in mornings. It is just a 15 min walk to the main square too. Our room was spacious, with interesting traditional decorations, very clean and with a nice bathroom. It also had a very beautiful and broad terrace with table and arm chairs overlooking the inner court. The staff are very kind and punctual. They were able to offer us early full breakfast when we had to start early for our tours (instead of packed breakfast which is the more standard practice). They organized airport transfer for us. We would highly recommend Riad Cannelle.

Positive: It’s very cozy and beatiful. The breakfast was fantastic and the location is great.

Negative: I didn’t love the matrass. I think it needs a new one. There was a bit of a dent in it.

Positive: It was a pleasure to stay at the Riad Cannelle. It had an old world charm, all the staff members were so friendly and polite. Communications with Adil prior to arrival were good and he arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport. The warm welcome on arrival, with mint tea served in the beautiful courtyard, set the tone for a fabulous stay. The Riad is lovely, traditionally decorated, spotlessly clean throughout, in a fab location about 20 mins walk through the souk to the main square. We loved our room, large with a nice seating area. It had a balcony which also looked down onto a small inner courtyard near the front door. But the real plus point of this Riad is the care and attention shown by Badr and the other members of staff. Always with a smile and a polite welcome and ready to help. A lovely breakfast served with such care by Badr, restaurant recommendations, mid afternoon mint tea served by the ladies, extra early breakfast so we could eat before an excursion. They made our stay just perfect. Thankyou.

Positive: Quiet location (although not easy to find at first) within walking distance of attractions. Breakfast was enough to set you up for the day. Staff were all friendly.

Negative: There's nothing much to complain about. The bathroom / toilet could be refurbished, but no problems.
