Positive: We stayed at this hotel in Fez for 2 nights. It was perfectly located outside the medina, giving us the peace and quiet to relax, and offering us the chance to explore the medina when we wanted to. The room we had was on the ground floor and was a great size. The team were so kind and attentive. The breakfast had a good selection of tasty Moroccan and French bakery products, eggs and a selection of jams.

Negative: We had an issue with the bathroom flooding. The team were so kind to clean it up for us and routinely checked on it for us to ensure the issue did not repeat itself.

Negative: The location is not the best. Even though it is within the old city (Fes El Bali), it is a bit far from the old market and not located in the best area.
