This three-story home is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with snowmobile trails accessible right from the property in winter. Come summer, enjoy shared access to a dock and a rugged beach on the shores of Mirror Lake down the road. You'll also be perfectly placed for hiking in White Mountain National Forest, skiing the nearby mountain resorts, visiting the spa and golf course at Mountain View Grand Resort, and taking day trips into North Conway. You're also close to Santa's Village and the Weathervane Theatre.
Built in 2018, this home epitomizes the modern farmhouse, with its lofty ceilings, open spaces, and windows framing the outdoors at every turn. Highlights of the interior include a great room with ample seating and an entertainment center, a dining area that opens to the deck, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and newly installed central AC in the bedrooms. In the warmer months, head outside to barbecue on the gas grill, share sunset meals at the picnic table, and roast s'mores around the firepit.

Summary: We stayed at Ridgeview in January and had a blast. The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. The distance to Bretton Woods was about 15 min which wasn't an issue at all. Kids loved it and we would definitely book again. Hot tub worked great, needed a little cleaning but overall it was not bad. Would 100% stay here again.John

Summary: Great spot.Light fixtures over sink need cleaning and lots and lots of ladybugs found in room upstairs (50-80?)Otherwise the place fits 2 families perfect! Hot tub is great and fire pit. 20 min from Bretton Woods and nice to go to Littleton too.

Summary: This is the second time we've stayed at this property and both experiences have been wonderful. The location is serene and private, yet close to downtown Littleton. The hot tub is a wonderful addition. When we arrived, the water was appearing a pale yellow; however, it was quickly remidiated with Vacasa.

Summary: The house and property was great however there were 6 in of snow the trees have fallen over the driveway and I scratched my vehicle trying to get into the property the only other downside was the water and a considerable amount of iron in it and the hot tub was Brown
