Positive: It I we a beautiful location and the spa pool was a 100 or 5/5 Location was great and amazing views
Negative: The food was not good and they charged a lot and the quality was not there - better restaurants in the town - The breakfast was very good but not the bar food and also the Italian restaurant food was just ok

Positive: First of all, I was surprised that they built a luxury hotel at such a high altitude. The exterior looks like a wooden mountain lodge, which is well suited to the Swiss Alps, but when you enter the room, you can see that it is a sturdy construction using very high-quality wood. Although you can't see it, I think the framework that supports the entire load is made of reinforced concrete. It feels that stable. The hotel staffs were really supportive and friendly.
Negative: I can’t think of anything. The hotel rates are quite high, but I think that’s why the number of guests is limited and we can enjoy the Matterhorn in relaxed atmosphere.
Summary: It is the best hotel I’ve stayed in my life.

Positive: The team did their very best to do as good as possible in those difficult circumstances, as we were snowed in, the village was without power, but this hotel has a generator for most of the services. The roads (train & car) were blocked so there was no way out for 4 days... they organised a drink every night to make the prison feeling a very nice one, & tried fe to reopen the pool asap. They booked rescue helicopters to get us out of there, as the hotel had his closing aswell, on their own account with all guests really appreciated.
Negative: we couldn't experience the real Riffelalp feeling, so we can't really judge on our stay compared to a normal one. it is a classic Alp hotel with a lot of indoor & outdoor options. the view of the Matterhorn is, when good weather, amazing.

Positive: Very nice to place and next to the sloop. The view of the Matterhorn Mountain is super cool from the balcony and resort main entrance. Restaurants are excellent. But no nightlife after skiing and u will need to go down to the village by train if u want to life the night experience in Zermatt. So i will recommend to split ur stay in 2 resorts, one on the top of the mountain like this one and second another resort in the village down.

Positive: Mr Chantra Malorni was very helpfull to us, the ski room was closed at the noon time we arrived and he opened the ski room and helped us and found exactly right tools we need in few mins even it was not his job, thank you Mr. Malorni, you made our day. The location was perfect, very quiet in the middle of slopes
Negative: Did not like the behaviour of Ms. Patricia Marburger, she was smiling but you can feel the arrigancy behind it amd she was not helpfull at all

Positive: The Location is perfect and our room has 2 terraces , which we can enjoy the view of Matterhorn day and night and if you want to enjoy the Matterhorn , you have to stay here for at least two nights because Matterhorn always was covered by cloud . Breakfast is very good and all the staffs there are very friendly and very helpful .
Negative: only dinner should start earlier like !8:30 instead of 19:00 and that's all I can think of .
Summary: I recommend every body to stay there at least for two nights to enjoy the best view of Zermatt .
