Positive: The location is good, many caffees, resturants, mini-markets, gym and massage places are walk distance near by.

Negative: The only thing i didnt like was that the shower floor was tilted in the opposite direction which made the water goes outside into the bathroom floor instead of going to the shower sink, but i think this was a problem for my specific room only idk.
