Summary: Perfect weekend break to relax and unwind. Cottage was amazing - we booked the Rising Sun but due to problems with the heating we were offered Haddocks Nook instead. Summary: This was our third visit to the cottage and probably won’t be our last. Allan & Carrolyn are lovely and the cottage has everything you need to a very high standard as well. It just feels so chilling there, and you have lovely places to walk your dog safely without leaving the farm land is required. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Summary: It was excellent one of the nicest we have been to very comfortable, warm and well equipped slightly off the beaten track which is lovely in summer but a long way on a dark winter night would definitely go back and recommend it.

Summary: Perfect as it was mainly a holiday for my dad and he loves fishing. My husband and I drove around sightseeing and the views and villages on our way to places were stunning. The hosts were fantastic and so friendly. Fully recommend this place.

Summary: We really enjoyed our short break at the Rising Sun Cottage. It is well equipped and feels like a home from home. Lovely to be in the middle of the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of life. The owners were very friendly and let us just get on with relaxing.
