World class fishing in your back yard. 5 minutes from downtown Grants Pass, and wineries in which ever way you drive. 150 in our area to be exact! Hellgate Jet boats are a 5 minute drive, 20 minutes to the longest zip line in Southern Oregon, 1 1/2 hours from the Oregon coast, and 1 1/2 hours from Crater Lake. Summary: Pictures don't capture the actual size of this rental unit! It was huge! It was beautifully remodeled. Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked. The sauna was very enjoyable . We had food delivered to the gate several times with no issue. We didn't see the owners our entire visit, so it didn't feel like we were sharing space or intruding. The only 2 things that made this not PERFECT was the fact that it is a downstairs unit, and you can easily hear the owners upstairs, especially late at night (which I knew was likely going to happen based on previous reviews). The pool was also very very cold, even on 90 degree days. An insulated cover might be able to warm the water up & make it more usable & enjoyable. Regardless, it was a beautiful home & we loved our time there.

Summary: Such a beautiful, cozy and welcoming home. The pool was fantastic and we spent even more time in it as a family than we had originally anticipated! The kitchen was beautifully stocked for all our cooking needs. The beds were comfortable and the pillows and linens were divine. We loved every single moment of our time there.

Summary: We were looking for a place with a pool to ourselves. We were not disappointed.The space is huge. The beds are comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. And it was really quiet - as in no road noise or noise from above. The pool was the star of the show. My kids spent hours every day in there. Two wonderful little dogs often came out and kept us company as well. We also got some great recommendations from the host for things to do.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: This was an absolute wonderful place for our family. The property is on a private drive, has a large pool, and overlooks the rogue River. Just minutes from town. It is a downstairs apartment, and the owner lives upstairs. This was never an issue with us. The apartment has two very large master bedroom suites with bathrooms. The pictures do not do the property justice. It’s very large and spacious. With two active grandkids, we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. It also has a great laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. I loved the eclectic mix of beautiful artwork in the apartment.

Summary: If you’re looking for a summer house to rent out, this is the perfect place. Amanda’s house included everything and so much more. The river front is beautiful along with the big swimming pool with a diving board and a bunch of swimming toys. The pool included a variety of chairs, tables and beautiful flowers.The inside of the house was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked. There were nice touches to everything in terms of interior design. The bedrooms were massive and the bathrooms as well. There was also a sauna inside of the house, which was a great surprise! The host Amanda is the kindest host I’ve ever met. She was so accommodating and very thoughtful to all of us. She made sure we were always taken care of and was easy to communicate with. Her 2 dogs were also the greatest friends to have around! Amanda also allowed me to host a surprise engagement for my partner in the backyard. She allowed us to invite a few people and basically let us use her backyard as our venue. Everyone loved the atmosphere and the scenery. Of course, the pool was a great touch with the river front! I highly recommend this listing to everyone. This is a great place and the host is amazing! Thank you again for everything Ananda. My family and friends will never forget this. Summary: We had a lovely time here- the pool was great, the house was clean, rooms are spacious, Amanda was very responsive. It got warm outside, but the unit is the lower level of the house and stayed cool the whole time. We were two families with small children. I loved that we had access to the pool but it was fenced so I didn't have to worry about the toddler taking an unexpected swim on her own. Thank you so much!

Summary: We stayed two nights for my friends bachelorette party and it was amazing. The views and comfort of this home made us all want to live there.
