It has 2 main rooms with comfy king size beds and a third bedroom/sunroom with a pull-out sofa bed. The lounge room also has a pull-out sofa bed. The sunroom doubles as an evening viewing platform to view the stunning river sunsets.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in River Rest, the place has a lot of character and had everything we needed.The location was great, we could walk to the shops easily and also to the river for nice walks.The dog loved the garden.We would definitely look to go back when we visit the area again.

Summary: Lovely cottage in the town very easy to walk to the shop, bakery and hotel. Rachel was very nice to deal with and came up with a few suggestions of restaurants etc for us to try. Cottage very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Loved sitting outside on the patio enjoying the sunshine and a glass of wine. Would recommend a stay here.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay for three nights. The house was very well thought out and had all the amenities one could need. Rachel and Sam were great hosts. The house was homely, large and very clean. The games were well appreciated. Also lots of blinds which was cooling. Backyard very secure and large. Overall, we would definitely recommend if you have a trip planned to Waikerie.

Summary: Lovely house which was very well equipped with everything we needed. Enclosed back garden was a huge plus meaning safe space for both children and dog. Loved the big comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We enjoyed a really special weekend in Waikerie to connect with our extended family. River Rest was perfectly positioned to access all the locations where we wanted to gather, visit & enjoy. The home was comfortable, well appointed with all the essentials we needed. Beautifully restored & decorated. Plenty of room for 5 adults, great yard & outdoor eating/entertainment area. River Rest was well enjoyed all weekend, we loved it!
