Summary: Riverrock is one of the few hotels with a pool. It is an older property, so some things will appear run down. Sometimes the pool is not heated. Also bear in mind, there will be an added resort fee and also a 3% fee for credit card transactions (there is no option for any other type of payment).

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at River Rock. Everything from hotel check-in, dining, room cleanliness and service was smooth and seamless. I only have suggestion - it would be nice to have bath toiletries holder installed in the walk-in shower. It was hard to fit 3 kinds of toiletries in a small soap holder - everything keeps falling. Thanks!
