Summary: This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. We spent a 3 day weekend enjoying the trail and the creek. We found the local establishments to be friendly and welcoming.

Summary: Very quiet. Some people have complained that there's a grocery store next door. We found this very handy. The only issue we had was trying to locate the actual address from the main road. We arrived around midnight and couldn't find the street address. The sign was good, but no address indicated. Ironically there was a cop sitting in front of the driveway, so we couldn't see the driveway which is not obvious. Please add the actual cabin address to the sign and it should solve this issue. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Nice enough, but for the price we were disappointed. Oven needs replacing. No vent if cooking. No grill. Not right on water’s edge as photos make it appear. Bed is comfy. Setup only works for 2. Right nextdoor to grocery store.

Summary: Excellent property and so convenient to the VA Creeper Trail. Very clean and everything you need for a short stay. Our only complaint is the VERY poor internet connection. We stayed last September and had the same issue. We would love to stay longer and work from the property but can't because of the internet.

Summary: The cabin was so cute and comfortable with all the amenities. Loved the back deck overlooking the River and the Creeper Trail. Easy bike ride into Damascus. So peaceful. Super comfy bed. Conveniently close to a grocery store but you don’t even know its there due to the privacy of the cabin location. Would definitely come back!

Summary: Our cabin was very comfortable and minimally decorated which we appreciated. It was nice to have the Jacuzzi tub as well as the great back porch. Wasn’t really thrilled about being right next-door to a little strip mall. David was very helpful when the pilot light went out in the fire place!
