We have peaceful, stunning panoramic views, and beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy the fall color from. NO CLEANING OR PET FEES! The Tuscany suite is one of two approx. 750sf suites on the patio level (owners live on the upper level) and is separated by a large shared game room with air hockey, ping-pong, electronic darts, game table, Exercycle, piano. Peaceful, quiet and convenient! You won't find another property with views like this. Private bath, large living room with kitchenette. Private and shared patio with waterfall, fire pit, outdoor furniture, and new Hot Springs hot tub. Up to 2 pets welcome with owner's approval. Golden retriever on site. Summary: Our trip was great! We really enjoyed staying at this property and look forward to returning with our children soon! We rode the VA Creeper Trail and (for this big ol' girl) the hot tub that was offered at our VRBO came in very useful! Thank to Jim and Karen for our special breakfast and for such clean accommodations. We truly have nothing to worry about. They took such great care of us. We can't wait to come back!

Summary: We came up for the weekend- the property was clean, and looked like the photos. Jim was friendly and accommodating and a few minor hiccups were immediately addressed and we enjoyed our stay! Too bad portions of the trail were closed- will have to come back again once they re-open.

Summary: Gosh, where to start!! First, we already can’t wait to come back. Jim’s hospitality was beyond expectations! Gracious, friendly, helpful! His home is a beautiful place sitting up with a spectacular view of the Virginia countryside. I could’ve stared out at the vista for hours. And oh my, the bed was heaven sent. In fact, I have the details and will likely be ordering one for my own home. Rarely is a place exactly as described or as you hope. But this place is exactly as described and more than we could’ve hoped for. Jim, thank you for sharing your beautiful refuge with us!

Summary: Jim was the most amazing host we've ever had, kind, compassionate, helpful, and I might add loving. He even sent my wife home with some vitamins to help with her leg cramps. Penny; the house mascot, was the most precious dog I've ever got to get kisses from. The property was pristine, beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for a perfect stay
