Summary: Nice large home. Great hot tub! However, the hot tub sat near a window which had a bee's nest. The house needed a good dusting. The floors needed a good cleaning. They appeared to not have been scrubbed in some time. Cookware definately needs updated.

Summary: We enjoyed the location near the river. The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyable. There is not much walkable from the house (we weren't expecting there to be). We were disappointed that - A toilet broke soon after we got there. We called the proprietor and never heard back. Cell phone reception wasn't great (as above), so we messaged them via the VRBO app. We never got any response. - Check-in did not go smoothly. We (foolishly) relied upon our cell phones for check-in instructions, but could not get good cell phone reception, given the location. We finally managed to get through on the VRBO app and messaged the proprieter for check-in instructions. They responded "Check-in instructions were sent on June XX." Gee, thanks for nothing. - Pots were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. - The house is listed as sleeping 8 but only has seating for 6. Household members had to stand for dinner. A couple of folding chairs would have helped a lot. All-in-all, it felt like a very corporate experience with a vacation rental company who didn't care one way or another if we had a good stay.

Summary: Great location. Quiet, minimal traffic and road noise. Washer/dryer was a real plus. The hot tub was clean, hot and not overdone on the chemicals. Plenty of hot water from the taps and showers. A few comments on things that could be improved that owner may not be aware of: Air conditioning broken- fan runs but doesn’t cool The beds are advertised as queen size but I am pretty sure they are double bed size Owner stored items in downstairs bedroom closet making it less useful. Items could be stored in basement maybe? Allows for occupancy of 8 but dining space limited to 6. A couple folding chairs and a card table would have been very useful Very creaky stairs. A few screws or nails to secure the wood should be a simple fix . Outdoor grill is not a gas grill and charcoal is not supplied. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance My comments are not complaints but rather observations that the owner might benefit from knowing

Summary: Everything overall was great. Only things i would have issues with is 1. The hottub was super dirty and water stinks. The filter needs changed and we couldnt really use it. Also probably want to have the cleaners actually dust the cobwebs and bugs from all over the walls and ceilings. Other then that we had a great time.

Summary: The rental was so spacious and close to everything we needed. Great restaurants and hiking all around. I would definitely stay again!

Summary: The house was comfy and spacious. Smart TV in each bedroom and family room. Kitchen was very well equipped! Plenty of plates, glasses, and every small appliance, gadget you could need! Beautiful large wood table in the kitchen that seats 6. There are a few maintenance items that need attention. The floor sags between joists, the tub faucet pulls off the wall when you put shower on, and many light switches are falling off. The road had more traffic than I expected. The location was great, close to Ohiopyle State Park.
