Positive: We loved that it was close to the path station and it was beautiful
Negative: NO Parking, parking in the lot was insane and they charged me more because they said I didn’t do it correctly. Need better Instructions on things in the area such as food and different things to do I had to idea that the steakhouse was there.

Positive: Very nice and spacious apartment close to public transport. As a family of 5 there was sufficient room for all of us. There are several restaurants around as well as a little grocery store right across the street. Perfect location for a family visiting NY / NJ

Positive: We like the location of the property, its cleanliness, and the ratio of bedrooms and bathrooms. the rooms have window air conditioning units which helped us during this summertime
Negative: it's right on the street and hence it's a bit noisy for the master bedroom. It would have been nice if the facility had one or two laundry pods (for one or two loads) or if it had been communicated earlier so we could be prepared. The same applied to the oil in the kitchen.
Summary: Very good place for a family of 6-7 people. its proximity to the PATH station is a big plus.

Negative: Needs a good cleaning- walls, doors had dirty marks, register in downstairs bathroom dirty and some mold around the rubber on the washer. Top hinge broken on the deck door. Needs more towels. Pillows need replaced, flat and uncomfortable.
